These draws focused on attracting skilled professionals in high-demand industries such as technology, law enforcement, healthcare, and tourism and hospitality. A total of over 120 invitations were issued across five separate draws, with selection scores ranging from 51 to 73.

June 19, 2025 – Accelerated Tech Pathway
Alberta issued 22 invitations through its Express Entry Stream’s Accelerated Tech Pathway. Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 73, reflecting the province’s ongoing demand for technology professionals.
June 18, 2025 – Law Enforcement Pathway
In a targeted draw for law enforcement professionals, fewer than 10 candidates received invitations under the Alberta Express Entry Stream. The minimum CRS score was just 51, indicating a strong need to recruit from this sector despite lower overall candidate volume.
June 17, 2025 – Tourism and Hospitality Stream
Alberta invited 39 candidates under the Tourism and Hospitality Stream, a non-Express Entry pathway. The minimum score was 71, pointing to renewed provincial interest in supporting Alberta’s visitor economy as demand surges post-pandemic.
June 10, 2025 – Dedicated Health Care Pathway (Non-Express Entry)
A total of 33 invitations were issued under the Dedicated Health Care Pathway for non-Express Entry candidates. The minimum selection score was 53, in line with Alberta’s focus on filling healthcare roles across urban and rural communities.
June 5, 2025 – Priority Sectors (Health Care)
This draw issued 18 invitations under the Alberta Express Entry Stream, with a focus on healthcare workers. The minimum CRS score was 70, demonstrating Alberta’s ongoing efforts to recruit healthcare professionals through both Express Entry and non-Express Entry routes.
