Hello sunasir, let me tell you that passing score does not mean that you are going to get immigration. Passing score determines that you are eligible to apply. It is CIC which is to decide your fate. There are lots of things which are considered. All the points mentioned (for which you get points), your medical, your background etc. Based on these points CIC decides what to do. Thanks Cool |

Islamabad 30% of cases in 57 months 50% of cases in 58 months 70% of cases in 61 months 80% of cases in 63 months
This is Islamabad time line from CIC website.
Thanks Cool |

1. Yes you can send the draft money for the principal applicant only and receive your file no and later on send the draft for the dependants (this is what I did).
2. To gain points for spouse, however, you will have to send draft for the dependent also. |

Hi, I have a question about the processing times (for SAP). Say the Canadian embassy you want to apply has 60 months average processing time.
I would like to know if anyone has an idea about the following questions. 1. Initial application submission TO receiving the request for supporting documents. 2. Submitting the supporting documents Until receiving the decision and interview information (if needed). 3. Doing the interview and Until receiving the request for medical and clearance documents. 4. Submitting the medical and clearance documents Until receiving the visa.
Thanks, Maloosak. |

For average time 60 months for say 60% of the cases, I would speculate that the 1st stage would be after around 50 months. then if you submit all docs to cic's satisfaction and interview is waived, you would get your visa by 56 months. if you are asked for additional docs, but interview waived maybe 60 months. if you are asked to appear for an interview, it could be say another 6 months.
just speculation based on various timelines. |

its cummulative already, so don't add these up. the 30% completed in 57 months are included in 50% completed in 58 months. meaning 20% would be comleted from 57 to 58th month and so on. so for every 100 cases, the timeline would be: 1-30: 0 -57 months 31-50: 57 - 58 months 51-70: 58 - 61 months 71-80: 61 - 63 months 81-100: these would be the technically difficult cases and no timeline for these. hope this makes it clear.
